  Well some of the sellers try their best to convince you to buy the more expensive product if you ask them. The product are on online shops sometimes much cheaper

  I just spent 1 hour to do a financing of a dryer and at the end they sent me to the information desk to confirm that. Even if I spoke in english until that moment, a very rude girl of the info desk told me ( in GERMAN) that there was no possibility to make financings to people not speaking German . It's very unbelievable that this happens in 2017 yet.
  Please learn how to deal with costumers and open your minds to the world.

  I have waited for ordered and payed washing machine for 17 days instead of promised 4 days. I need to cancel the order. Hope at least this will work with them.
