All in all good value for money.

Since it is rather cheap, it's ok - but by the same token you should not expect too much.

For me the 24x7 availability is important and I like the concept of the Cyberobics workouts with a virtual trainer on a video screen wall since I can do spinning and other fitness sessions very flexible. I've got a job that does not allow much planning so that helps tremendously. I hope they don't wreck this with a different concept.

Unfortunately, and that's the reason for giving "only" three stars, there are more and more maintenance issues: Screens of the Cyberobics video screen wall are failing and repair times are way too long, the video stream is getting instable and the video wall is intermittently blacking out during the sessions. That's frustrating and when one does report that to the desk personnel there's the feeling that they take note but nothing's happening in the backoffice process.

Also the staff could be more vigilant and remind people to put back equipment and to train with towels to keep things cleanlier and more hygienic. In that regard they are way too passive and disinterested!

Great place for a workout. I recommend signing up for the partner deal. Might get a bit crowded and smelly during the week after work hours.

I always go in the morning and it is not super crowded, so you can train really well there. Unfortunately it gets really hot in there which is sometimes a problem. I never went in the afternoon or evening, so I don't know if it is still fun to train there if you don't go in the mornings.
