Great location, great breakfast, clean rooms, and wonderful customer service. Wonderful trip. Would highly recommend.

Huge and clean apartments, and close to the bus. with king+ size beds, awesome windows, soundproof but not blackout curtains, making sleepers struggle with the sunlight. Helpful staff.

This is a really nice base for a trip to Berlin. It's on the west side of the city, a little way out from the centre but in a nice quiet location. The rooms are clean and have everything you could need, except maybe a kettle in the room would have been nice. The breakfast is a bit expensive and I would recommend going just around the corner to the small supermarket instead.

The worst hotel ever. 80 Euro for wifi got 24 hours! That's just insane. Don't stay here. And 150 for a four bedroom. To much and ok location. The bed I got had crumbs in it and it didn't feel like a warm welcome to be honest. But the bed was made well. Bathroom was nice too.

They advertise with parkingspaces and I always select hotels based on that, paying for it isn't an issue. However, this hotel only has 9 parking spaces for 122 rooms. I asked them 2 weeks in advanced and no response, now I called them and they responded that its just like the lottery; you just have to be lucky.. Will search for a nearby parking spot but even before I've arrived: I will not go back to this hotel.

We were at the Mark apart hotel 3 days ago and you guys need to know that this place was the ugliest place we have ever visited. We have to say that the location of the hotel is good. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful. However, when we went to our double room, we found that: the room is smelly (although we ordered a non smoking room), the furniture was old and broken (example: the wood of the beds and tables), one of the lamps wasn't working, big dirty stains on the carpet, TV remote control not working, no personal/hygiene kits in the bathroom, bath tub with rust spots! We asked to change the room, so they gave us two other rooms as another option. These two other rooms were also very poor quality and each one had different options although they were under the same class. The breakfast was also a bad experience: very poor, slow staff, dirty tables and don't have all equipments (sometimes no forks and knifes, or no cups), very loud staff inside the kitchen with with loud laughs and talks! So to sum up: this is a no go hotel!

The location is good, close to the zoo. We have an Underground station close to the hotel. The rooms are big and fairly comfortable. The hotel doesn't seem very modern, but it is fine. Overall the staff is kind and room is always clean. Wi-fi is also okay.

Beautiful hotel with kind staff and amazingly large rooms. The plugs in the room are a little inconveniently placed for using devices in bed so bring a long cable and the blankets in the king rooms are individually sized so don't plan on having too many cuddles.
