Great, clean, friendly, excellent barman & front of house & we've not experienced the restaurant yet.
Update Restaurant was much better than I had expected. Breakfast buffet was varied, fresh, well stocked and of good quality, a great way to start the day!
We had lunch there before leaving Berlin, and the quality of food was just as good as many of the Berlin restaurants we visited and was reasonably priced. The service was always excellent and extremely friendly. Easy to recommend!response / report this review -

Nice Hotel, friendly staff, luxurios suites and a well equipped and good spa area. The breakfast was good. It's easy to reach with local transportaion and has a separate area in the underground parking lot. Would recomend a stay, was fairly praised.

Great service from all the staff. Comfortable rooms and right next to the Underground so travelling around is easy. We have had 3 different bookings over the past 10 days, and we are welcomed as old friends and asked about our travels.

Super nice hotel situated in a great location. Clean, quiet and really lovely, courteous staff made this quite an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is super yummy! I highly recommend!

No extra frills but everything where it needs to be. Housekeeping leaves at 3 pm. Front desk was helpful with maps, directions, etc. Very close to u bahn and bus service.

A bit sparse in terms of guest amenities (water etc), but bed was comfortable, wifi worked well and staff were friendly.
