I went thier very sick and i left very healthy, all people are good , caring
Nurses are very good , Doctors are very professional,
They rescued me in an emergency case
They speak good english and describe everything in detail

Dies ist KEIN Werbetext, auch wenn ich mich beruflich viel mit Praxismarketing und Patientenkommunikation beschäftige. Bei meiner Arbeit versuche ich immer durch die Brille des Patienten zu schauen und dann hatte es mich selbst aus heiterem Himmel erwischt: Ich wurde krank, in das Marienkrankenhaus in Hamburg überwiesen und war selbst Patient. Auch wenn es mir wirklich nicht gut ging, war ich begeistert von dem Umgang aller Ärzte und Pflegekräfte. Neben der fachlichen medizinischen Kompetenz aller Beteiligten fühlte ich mich immer gut informiert und ernst genommen. Die Kommunikation der Pflegekräfte untereinander fand ich wirklich erstaunlich und für mich gab es keinen Zweifel immer in den besten Händen zu sein. Vielen Dank für die unglaublich zugewandte Betreuung.

I am visiting Hamburg went to this hospital to see a doctor I kept waiting for long time and then when they talk to me they wanted to refer me to another hospital I said you don't have doctor here? They said nein (speaking German) after I insist to know what is the reason they said you have to pay .. definitely I will pay I think they think that I am refugee!! .. the nurse spoke loudly you will pay? (In English now) I said yeees. They pretend to not speaking English but when it comes to money they are changed. they are not good at dealing with foreigners btw left the hospital with no treatment because of their attitude to patients

Personally I am torn, this hospital is great for having a baby. We have had one child there and our experience was great. However, we have had two emergencies, one was potentially very dangerous was with my daughter. She had a fever over 104 F 40 C and they would not see her because she was a child. My wife went in for extreme pain in her ear, and first they said an hour, then they stated that they wouldn't be able to see her for several hours because they had to look in her ear. Then gave her a paper with other hospitals on it she could visit. Looking in someones ear should not take 4 hours. Why even have an emergency room? If you have an emergency this hospital is useless.

from arriving at the reception with tight chest to being in the ward after having a stemp inserted to repair a blocked artery was 90 minutes. Having very limited German the communication from everybody was brilliant. From the top professor down to the cleaners all were super professional and friendly and all worked with a smile on their face. I cannot thank everyone enough for what they did for me.

Im Muslim. 1- week operacion. Very thank you doctors and nurse to much help me. Doctors normal tell me what problem. Im now good. I hope after Allah give another Babe. Hospital very nice. Respect doctors and Nurse. Operacion place 2- day hurt. Now feeling good. Im after good and i hope smol time caming new Babe. Relly thank you . Hospital and my doctors help me.
