Waiting for more than 7 hours and still no doctor at the Notaufnahme. Very unfriendly hospital staff :( screaming patients, seems nothing happens, same people sitting and waiting for hours, nothing to eat while waiting for the accompanying family.

They have refused to attend me even though my eye is completely red and hurts a lot. I have my European Health card and everything is in order, so they have no reason not to attend me. Never in my life had I been rejected at a hospital, I never thought it would happen in Germany.

Very practical and fast service. Arrived in pain and spent only one hour from leaving the taxi to be ok to go home, did exames and received medication. Good hospital.

Intensivstation ein Horror. Laute Baugeräusche. Nicht zu ertragen! Die Station müsste während der Baumaßnahmen verlegt werden. Patient wird als Belastung gesehen. Wünsche nicht erkannt bzw erfragt. Keine Geduld. Um alles muss man bitten. Als Patient ist man verloren, wenn man sich nicht äußern kann. So etwas ist mir nicht nie passiert! Fr. F. sollte vielleicht einmal testen, wie man sich als Patient fühlt!

Meine Frau hat unser Kind dort bekommen und es war ein richtiger Albtraum. Der Kaiserschnitt lief noch gut, aber alles, was danach kam war ein Trauerspiel. Trotz privater Zusatzversicherung keine entsprechende Behandlung. Keine Unterstützung, lange Wartezeiten. Die erste Untersuchung des Kindes verlief mangelhaft. Unfreundliches Pflegepersonal. Wir würden nie wieder dort hinfahren!

Diese Bewertung betrifft die Abteilung für Urologie. Meine Mutter, hohes Alter, schwaches Herz, musste sich einer schweren Operation unterziehen. Der Eingriff verlief hervorragend. Der Aufenthalt in der Klinik war angenehm, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz besonders ist der operierende Arzt, Oberarzt Dr. Marghawal zu erwähnen. Zwei Tage nach der Operation erhielt ich in der Nacht einen besorgniserregenden Anruf aus dem Krankenhaus, meine Mutter halluzinierte. Ich konnte mich am nächsten Morgen direkt telefonisch an Dr. Marghawal wenden da er uns seine Visitenkarte gegeben hatte. Er besuchte meine Mutter am Bett um sich persönlich einen Eindruck zu verschaffen, zog einen Neurologen zu Rat und rief mich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zwei Mal zurück. Wo gibt es denn sowas noch für Kassenpatienten!?

Horrible after waiting for 3hrs still the staff was clueless about how long will it take to see doctor pathetic treatment never expected like this in Germany. There were lot of people working not sure what they were doing.i strongly recommend not to visit if you are in urgent need..but if you have all the time in world and not sure how to spend go here. I do not want to give even 1star.
