  The move went to my best satisfaction. The movers were there on time and packed my belongings properly and brought them to the destination address. During the move, I was in constant contact with the nice telephone customer service. You don't find that everywhere. The entire team gave me the feeling of being in good hands during the entire move, from the first call to completion. I don't want to move again so quickly, but if I had to, I would do it again with Mega Umzüge. Thank you, dear Mega Removals team!

  The moving company gave me great advice. The two employees packed my things quickly and neatly, just as they unpacked them in the new apartment. Everything was professional all round. I will definitely use this company again for my next move! Thank you for this easy move!

  The move itself worked quite well, I felt sorry for the movers, under what condition they had to stay overnight, 3t in such a small Sprinter with a sleeping cabin above the driver's cab

  What this company did with our stuff is absolutely horrific!
  All of our furniture is dirty, badly scratched or vandalized!
  This company should specialize in clearing out!!!

  Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
  Als Lager7.eu arbeiten wir seit mehreren Jahren eng mit Mega Umzügen als Partner zusammen und bisher können wir nur gutes von der Firma berichten. Es gab keine Terminverzögerungen, keine Zahlungsschwierigkeiten, der Service ist immer auf sehr hohem Niveau gehalten. Von den vielen anderen Umzugsunternehmen sind sie unter den Besten

  Mega Umzüge ging bei meinem Umzug nicht auf Terminwünsche ein, kam ohne bescheid zu sagen, über eine Stunde zu spät und dann mit einem Lieferwagen, der bei weitem kleiner war, als vertraglich vereinbart. Der Vertrag interessierte die Firma offensichtlich reichlich wenig und selbst als die Chefin schliesslich am Telefon war, gab es keinerlei Ambitionen die vertraglich vereinbarte Leistung wenigstens annähernd zu erbringen. Letztendlich platzte der Umzug und seitdem wurde das Geld immernoch nicht zurück erstattet! Ich kann mir keinen schlimmeren Umzugs-Horror ausmalen.
