For the first time in my life I had to take action against an employer - luckily I felt very well looked after here. Shortly after my request by email, Mr Graner called me immediately and we talked personally about the situation, the possibilities and the prospects. And even if the bureaucratic mills are known to grind slowly, we have achieved a very satisfactory result very quickly despite changes in the meantime! Mr Graner and the law firm could always be reached and promptly with an answer and explanation to all questions on the position. I felt very well advised and looked after! I was fired by my employer, so I turned to Verdi, I have been a member there for decades.
Verdi refused to be represented because there was no chance of winning the work process.

I do NOT recommend Ms. Marten. Neither professionally nor personally. Be careful, ask for the price first so that there is no nasty surprise, as in my case. The line between free advice and initial advice is not transparent. Ms. Marten billed me for calls even though she didn't do anything else for me. She just wanted me to sue my company and talked to me. I was able to clear up a misunderstanding with the former employer myself and Ms. Marten was just annoyed that she did not get a job. Then she billed me a completely exaggerated amount for the initial consultation. A meeting for a conversation "in a pleasant atmosphere", as advertised on the site, never took place. I feel ripped off.

Die Kanzlei Marten & Graner ist eine Top Kanzlei und nur zu empfehlen. Neben der hervorragenden, umfassenden Aufklärung und der freundlichen Kommunikation steht vor allem die lösungorientierte Beratung im Vordergrund.
Herr Graner, der sehr effizient arbeitet, hat mich nun schon das zweite Mal in Sachen Arbeitsrecht erfolgreich vertreten. Jedes Mal hat er die richtigen Fragen gestellt und vor allem an jegliche Termine, Fristen usw. gedacht. Sämtliche Schritte haben wir vorher durchgesprochen und gemeinsam abgestimmt und auch schwierige Vertragsinhalte, Klauseln und Rechtszusammenhänge hat mir Herr Graner verständlich erklären können. Zudem hat er mich stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Ich habe mich also jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben und umfassend beraten gefühlt.

Die Kanzlei liegt direkt am Savignyplatz und ist damit wunderbar zu erreichen.

Ich war schon zweimal Mandant der Kanzlei und konnte in einem umfangreichen Kündigungsschutzverfahren nach einer Umstrukturierung eine hohe Abfindung erzielen und fühlte mich jederzeit fachanwaltlich bestens begleitet. Bei Aufhebungsvertragsverhandlungen in einem weiteren Arbeitsverhältnis wurden die Verhandlungen von Herrn Graner hochprofessionell geführt und ich hatte wieder die bestmögliche Betreuung. Deswegen: Topadresse in Berlin im Arbeitsrecht !!! Danke

Keine Beratung, keine Termintreue, eigenwillige Definition des Auftrags, keine Fehlereinsicht, Kosten der schlechten Organisation werden dem Mandanten angelastet.
Wechsel des Anwalts führte zum erfolgreichen Abschluß des Falls.
