It is by far the best hairdresser in Berlin. Have tried many in the 12 years I've lived here. Charlie is simply the best colorist ever, she turned my dark Mediterranean hair colour into a perfect blond with highlights, I'm so thrilled and happy and could hug Charly every day❤️
Also had my hair cut by Jean, amazing, bob, I only wash it, let it dry on its own and it looks great every dayI would recommend MU to everyone. You'll be counting your blessings 🙏👍❤️

I got a great haircut at MU Berlin! My hair is very thick and curly/coily, not easy to work with, but still they did an excellent job.

I am rating 3 stars for the reasons below:

- They weren’t able to style my hair after the haircut. They didn’t have the expertise, products and devices to style my type of hair. The hairstylist even asked if I wanted to do it myself, which I declined, I was expecting to get it professionally styled. (After I got home and did it myself I was able to see the great result of the haircut.)

- They were a bit late for my appointment, which I understand. However, I had to wait for almost 20 min and wasn’t even offered something to drink. In fact, I wasn’t offered water or coffee at any time during the whole service.

Considering the price of the haircut (€80) I would have expected a better experience.

If I could give this salon 6 stars, I would. After one year of positive experiences, I sent two friends to the salon and they are equally impressed.

Lisa cut and colored my hair during my entire year abroad in Berlin and did an amazing job. She spoke in English and German and really took her time to figure out exactly what I want. I have wavy hair (depending on the weather), so Lisa really worked with my to figure out how to manage my curls in the Berlin rain.

All of the other staff members are also top notch. I worked with a couple of the other stylists for Olaplex when Lisa was out of town, and they were friendly, hip, and competent. The girls at the front desk are also absolute sweethearts. They all remembered who I was whenever I called and made me feel welcome at each appointment. Lastly, the products are top quality (Davines, Kevin Murphy, etc).

Thank you so much, MU Berlin, for an awesome year! I will be singing your praises to anyone who needs a reliable stylist, and Im going to miss all of you!

Der Ort ist hübsch und der Friseur mal anders. Wie dort allerdings mit dem Haar umgegangen wird, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Suchte einen guten Friseur in Berlin. Auf Grund dieser Bewertungen hier , entschloss ich mich zu "MU". Es war ein fataler Entschluss. Nachdem ich fürs Waschen , Schneiden,Fönen und Farbe 125,- Euro bezahlte , die Haare , wie Stroh aussahen, dass mich jeder ansprach , was mit meinen Haaren passiert sei , begannen sie nach 7 Tagen massiv auszugehen. Es wurde so schlimm , dass ich den Hautarzt aufsuchen. musste. Er wollte eine leere Packung von der Haarfarbe haben , Daraufhin fuhr ich noch einmal dorthin , zeigte die Haare und wollte eine leere Packung der Haarfarbe haben . Leider verweigerte man mir die Herausgabe der leeren Packung, Fragte mich und auch der der Hautarzt, weshalb sie mir keine leere Packung gaben , um zu sehen , welche Bestandteile in der Farbe waren?
In diesem Salon kann jede Friseusin bzw. Friseur einen Stuhl anmieten und auf selbstständiger Basis arbeiten, also jeder ist dann sein eigener Chef!!!!
Es sollte sich jeder Kunde gut vorher überlegen , ob er sich bei diesen überzogenen Preisen und diesen Geschäftsgebaren, dort mit seinen Haaren gut aufgehoben fühlt.?!

Simply wonderful!! Every visit makes me happy because I get always the best haircut I ever had and the result I want.
I'm not living in Berlin but for me is absolutely a worth to go there only to cut my hair.

I searched a long time for a good hair salon in berlin and tried out many different and I'm super happy that I discovered MU a while ago. They are awesome! Never felt so happy with my color + haircut before. On top: the team is very nice and they give good tips

My wife wanted to get a haircut while in town. MU Berlin was well reviewed on line so she decided to give it a shot.This was a strange hair salon. It is located in the courtyard of a larger building. When entering through the vestibule of the building your really don't know what to think. Then when you open the second door and enter the courtyard you are amazed. You are greeted by a green space with a modern looking glass structure which is actually the upper waiting room. You have to walk down stairs to get to the actual salon which if very cool and chic. She wanted a short and sassy European cut and was put with a stylist who spoke English which was very helpful in explaining what she wanted. The end product was beautiful, cute, and very fashionable. She was very pleased with the experience. Pricey but according to her, worth it.
