Very good location near the main station in Munich, a short walk to the historic centre. Friendly staff. Clean, with modern decor. Rooms are smaller than average, but what you'd expect for being so close to the centre.

Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly, close to the Hauptbahnhof. Very convenient place to stay.

Good hotel in a central location close to Hauptbahnhof Station. Walking distance to the city centre, breakfast available on site and staff super helpful.

Plus, you can open the windows fully here, no window locks! How amazing is that? Fresh air! Glorious. I'd stay again just for that.

Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. I do wish the front reception area with the couches had been nicer. it's not really a place to hang out. The guest rooms are really, really small. I would have liked a little more room. Of course, I'm American and we are used to big rooms so I do understand that European hotels traditionally have smaller rooms. I have to say I was amazed out how efficiently the room, bathroom and closet were laid out.

The housekeeper and reception folks were all VERY VERY nice and helpful and made us feel very, very welcome!

One thing, though, bothered me. When we checked in the cost was reserved from my account. That is perfectly ok I suppose. But the same amount was reserved from my account when we checked out. This
means that you did reserve the cost of the room twice. My balance was therefore reduced incorrectly. The wrongfully reservation was removed when the amount was drawn from my account a few days later. This is not acceptable. I urge you to carefully look into this matter.

Nice, affordable hotel near the centre of Munich and right next to the Hopanhof. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was nice and accommodating.

Hotel is simple/basic and small but very central and convenient, near the main train station. The staff are excellent however, very polite, helpful and smiling. The bathroom wall and door is translucent so using the bathroom at night lights up the whole room and can disturb the other person if you're sharing.
