Rooms are well furnished, foods are awesome, staffs are excellent!
Mmm not too cheap, not too confortable
This hotel is "Airport" in name only. I find it misleading to call a hotel "Airport" when it is actually six miles out in the country. We had to spend 36 Euros to get there by taxi and another 30 Euros to get back to the airport by shuttle. Breakfast is extra, so we did not buy it. To top it off, we were given a room in an attic with a sloping ceiling. My son hit his head on it getting out of bed. Overall, not a great experience. Spend a little more and get a hotel which is actually AT the airport.
Really, really, really good breakfast. The rooms and general condition of the hotel is way, way better than it looks from the outside!
Great staff at reception but rest is low. Old looking rooms, no AC, awful food (don't eat this!). Dinner. I had to spend night cause my flight was cancelled but I would never recommend this.
I liked the location of the hotel. Also the staff were very helpful and hospitable.
I'd say it's a good option if you're in a work trip or if you want to experience the Therm Erding without expending much, it's not a walking distance though, you need to go by car or taxi. The beds are comfortable, the workers are helpful and sympathetic. In the other hand, the rooms are small, especially the bathroom. There's no good view from the windows and no entertainment for kids as far as I noticed. Overall, not bad experience.
Is not really that close to the airport but it does offer a shuttle cab to the airport which you can book @ reception.
Room was extremely warm in the summer months (end of June). Food options at the bar = pizza.
McDonalds down the road but really not well lit if at night.
It's OK. The service was very good. Otherwise it seems a bit tired and uninspiring really. It was efficient enough for a work trip but I wouldn't want to holiday here.
This place is awful, horrible, unpleasant.
Let me start with the good things. Bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of food and is pretty good quality -not sure the price for it, but I would expect it to be very expensive, knowing the price of water in this hotel, which might make it Unworthy.
Then the bad things: BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!! I was in room 410 went to sleep and when I woke up 6 hours later I had BED BUG BITES everywhere. I looked in between the sheets and underneath the mattress and found them, found what I was expecting. It was disgusting. -- I am allergic to insect bites, so for me this wasn't just a bad experience but had to go to the doctor as I had a skin infection that caused me among other things fever and burning sensation.
I went to speak with the manager and the receptionist And surprisingly they completely ignored the situation I showed them pictures of the BED BUGS, bites and skin infection and still said: "they didn't know what that was" and played dumbed.
I was staying at this hotel with 69 people more for a work function and couldn't make everybody to relocate to another hotel, so I tried to be reasonable and only asked for another room in the completely opposite side of the hotel Long story short, I ended up in room 425 -as you can imagine a couple of doors down the corridor.
I requested to have my clothes washed with hot water by the hotel so I wouldn't carry the BED BUGS with me back home And they wanted to charge me for that. I needed a 40 minute conversation with the receptionist, then manager for them to void the cost of this due to having BED BUGS IN THE ROOM I was staying at.
If BED BUGS IN THE HOTEL ROOM wasn't enough, there wasn't AC in the room -I assume that you might not need it for a couple of months in Munich BUT you do when there are 38 degrees
Again If BED BUGS IN THE HOTEL ROOM wasn't enough, the bath tub was tiny, it was difficult to fit a person of 69kg like me in it, had to either leave the door open or step out of the shower, which if what you need is to wash yourself isn't a good option.
And again If BED BUGS IN THE HOTEL ROOM wasn't enough, I ordered some water to deal with the Inexistent AC in the hotel room while 38 degrees out, and the fever and itchiness caused by the BED BUGS and for my surprise when I am doing the check out they wanted to charge me 7€ for each 75ml bottle of still water!!! €7!!!!!! Why are they able to charge you this much? Because this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so either you consume on their hotel or you are screwed.
The worst part of overall, was the treatment received by the staff. They weren't taking any responsibility, weren't responding to customer's concerns and rather got in a fight with you because you got bitten by BED BUGS that happened TO BE IN THEIR HOTEL BEDROOM.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE as I wouldn't recommend even to my enemies to go through a week of skin infection, itchiness caused by BED BUGS, 38 degrees Celsius without AC and discussions about how the hotel can help their guests after all that had happened.
Poor customer service, poor management, poor receptionists skills level, poor room quality, poor problem solving skills by their staff.
Keep in mind there were BED BUGS!!!!
Cheers!
