Mi capita di essere ospite di questa struttura diverse volte l'anno per lavoro in zona. L'hotel è stato rinnovato da poco anni, stanze confortevoli, pulite e servizi nella norma. Il servizio WiFi ultimamente è migliorato. Colazione molto varia ed abbondante, per tutti i gusti. Parcheggio forse non abbastanza capiente.

A little outside of the main city, but very nice rooms and pleasant foyer area. Breakfast lovely, nice and quiet - absolutely no complaints.

Only stayed one day and review should be based on more days but the one day was really excellent!!! Had an Hotel voucher but if it is not too expensive next time i will go again to this hotel, loved it!!!

Super Hotel. Preis\Leistung passt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City. Service sehr gut. Perfektes Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Würde ich jeder Zeit wieder buchen

Das Hotel ist super. Essen war super lecker, super frühstücksbuffet. Personal super nett. Toller pool und fitness Raum. Lage ist in Ordnung. Nah am Messegelände und das Zentrum von köln nur 2 Straßenbahn Haltestellen entfernt.

Nice large rooms good international breakfast but misses true bar-made cappuccino, replaced by average quality do it yourself machine. 10 minutes away from the city and the same from the Exhibition area of koeln Messe.

Hotel with good accessibility, train is just 10 minutes walk. Great breakfast, compact room.They should clean a bit more, dust on the TV is not very nice. Close to the highway, you can hear that especially in the morning. The main minus is check-in, which is availablo from 3pm.This is too late I thinkwe had to left baggage at the reception, cause we had different programme fo afternoon, not to wait until 3pm

The reception team was so nice. We did get a warm welcome. But then when we got to our room the air con was not working, the double bed was to single beds put together. And two single bed blankets and the shower barely worked, they was more water on the floor than on our bodies. The breakfast was really nice until we saw that the sweat corn was green and black and really sticky and this was after some of us had eaten. We told the supervisor what had happened and nothin was done at all. The woman working in breakfast buffet did not care and just ignored us (was probably a colour thing cause she was being really nice to the others guests) so had to explain to an other gentlemen who was so polite and very nice. Then we was promised 15% off the for the problems in our rooms and then complementary dinner for the breakfast issue, so we went down for dinner and was told that they had heard nothing and could not be severed and when checking out asked about the 15% and the reception team who where very polite where not told or informed, so we where told lies twice.
This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, I have been to many hotels and they have been a lot better than this one. To top it all of the swimming pool smelt like URINE :).response / report this review
