  I can honestly say, because I have been there,that La Casa del Habano Hamburg has the finest selection of cigars around. My experience with them started back in 2011 when I visited the shop. I was new to cigars and didn't know much about the different brands. The staff was very courteous and knowledge. They truly care about the customer experience. The humidor is stocked high with cigars, all brands, La Casa del Habano exlusives, rare and my favorite the Regional editons (they sell out fast) so you must be quick. I have never had an issue with any of my orders, and I can't think of another cigar purveyor, either a brick and mortor store, or on line as well, that I can trust. So stop in, say hello have a cigar and drink some rum, you will feel like you are home and amungst friends. I am definitely a La Casa del Habano Hamburg customer for life!

  Placed order December 22, 2016. My card was charged December 23. In stock order has yet to ship 24 days later. I have inquired repeatedly via the contact link every 3-4 days and was answered once, a week ago by this thief Christoph Wolters stating that "status will be updated by noon tomorrow". Still not shipped. Reporting to Visa tomorrow for fraud. Buyer beware!!

  Horrible Experience! Purchased cigars on the the site over 13 days ago and the status has remained the same, "Order Received" and I've sent a total of eight (8) emails requesting assistance and an update on the shipment of my order. I have received ZERO response as of today 1/12/17. This has been the worse experience I've had with an online retailer. Unbelievable!!!
