  I came across the company Heinrichs Immobilien through my research on the internet.
  Heinrichs is very reliable and competent. The apartment has been rented according to my ideas and to my complete satisfaction.
  Everything was disclosed right from the first talks, and the expectations of both sides were defined and understood.
  We were just on a common denominator from the start. All details were carefully discussed and there was no fine print.
  I found the entire team to be extremely serious and professional.
  I can only recommend the fast and successful rental of the property and the competence of the entire team.

  Mr. Heinrichs is a very competent and personable broker. He wasn't my first broker and I've never experienced such commitment. Absolute 5 stars. With his support, he makes the sale as easy as possible. He sold my apartment in record time. I can warmly recommend Mr. Heinrichs.

  During our property purchase Andy proved to be an impeccable professionist, always available in providing help and information in a fluent English (this was for us "expat" a big plus) . We also appreciated his patience, flexibility and, this is very important, honesty. Beside that he is a lovable and nice person, always with a very positive attitude.
