Mr. Kolodziej is a reputable, professional broker who strictly adheres to all agreements (including verbal ones) and does his sales mediation work more than satisfactorily in the best sense of the client. Furthermore, we were very positively surprised that our purchase price expectations were even exceeded in the end and the whole process went smoothly with the full support of Mr. Kolodziej. Got a really great and pleasant tour of the house and guided tour by Mr. Kolodziej. Very professional and, above all, clearly articulated and with a high level of informaion. Everything was very well prepared. I was able to ask questions and never felt rushed even though there was a tight schedule due to many interested parties.
