Modern hotel, close to the airport. Very useful.
Location is not ideal for visiting the city (20-25 min to the city center with the local train), but the hotel itself is very elegant, both the lobby and rooms were spacious and "hip"/"schik"/cool. The shower works wonderfully and free drinks in the mini fridge.
I asked a server, in cafeteria, that I can get burgers to take away. He was sarcastic to us and said 'this is not Mc donalds!' I feel so bad. Burgers are almost burned. horrible.
Stylish and yet very practical hotel. I felt perfectly comfortable in my room.
The breakfast is amazing. The service is good.
Great little business hotel. As with most places in Germany, there is no air conditioning. Bring a small fan during summer. The room is small and spas in a European style. But it's comfortable
Avoid at all costs!!!
Bad manners from the staff at the front desk.
Internet capped to 100Mb per room/day. Unbelievable overpriced internet (6€ day!!!).
Very basic rooms that seem to be put together by chance.
You want to turn off the A/C? You can call front desk and ask them to do it for you because there is no in room control anywhere to be found.
Food and service top notch.
Modern rooms. Small gym with limited machines available but with sauna. Location could be a problem for tourist visits.
Interesting modern hotel with clean decor, good location near multiple public transportation options.
Bad front desk service, stupid glass wall shower (some privacy please), terrible limited internet (1 device, 100mb, dial-up speed), overpriced food, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Pretty much nothing good to say about this hotel. After the first night, when I realised I was paying a fortune (200€/night) for a horrible place, I wasn't even allowed to modify my reservation to leave earlier. The front desk staff just told me to "email the director" if you're not happy.
In the same area, both NH and Sheraton provide much better value. Stay away from INNSIDE.
