  Ikea is Ikea, but I thought the restaurant staff wasn't quite as friendly and as much on the ball as in other Ikea stores I've visited

  Ikea doesnt need much recommendations. But now they serve silesian meal which i personally love.

  Much more variety in furniture now. A lot of small but useful and practical household articles. Friendly staff and good food! Child friendly and well priced goods.

  So far a terrible experience with delivery service. Ordered huge amount of stuff, cabinets etc. We wait for delivery on the delivery date which was 2 weeks from order. Nothing arrives on the day. No information on when delivery is going to be made but just shows the old date. Sent email to customer service to get response "we will answer you in approx. four business days". Tried calling and after getting bypast the robot it says "all customer service is now busy, try at a later time". So there is no way to get answers, no way to get through to people and know where our stuff is. And the delivery service was much more expensive than competitors so you would expect at least SOME quality. None so far.

  Great! Lots of idea possibilities, good layout. Quality products. Good and tasty cafe . Car park always very full but always a place to find.
