  Unmöglicher Lieferservice!
  
  Wie selbstverständlich wird von Segmüller vom Kunden erwartet, dass man unter der Woche zu Hause bleibt, um seine Segmüller-Bestellung in Empfang zu nehmen. Selbst beim Ikea hat man die Lebensrealität der meisten Kunden erkannt und bietet Lieferungen an Samstagen an.
  
  Auf eine Antwort auf mein Reklamantionsschreiben hin warte ich bis heute.
  
  Liebe Segmüllers: Wacht auf und kommt mal von eurem hohen Ross runter. Geht mit der Zeit, oder ihr geht mit der Zeit!

  Do not order furniture at segmüller, because they are extremely irresponsible, unpunctual and impolite.
  First of all I would like to say that the employees at this furniture house (frankfurt) was polite and helpful.
  However segmüller as a company is extremely disappointing.
  I ordered two sofas and a dining table a while ago and before I ordered I was told that it will take 8-9 weeks for it to "arrive".
  The 9th week passed and I didn't even received an email to arrange the delivery time.
  I called the call center.
  The man told me it can take up to two more weeks for the production to complete and on the contract it only said the approximate delivery date, there is no guarantee at all.
  There was no apology, and the guy said that this is not a mistake of segmüller.
  Had I known I will need to spend up to 3 more weeks eating dinner on the floor and that the extremely rude call center man will destroy my morning,
  I would have never chose segmüller.
  Don't make my mistake.
