Basic Hotel ideal for a business stay. Not fancy but everything was clean and the service was really nice.
WiFi was perfect (good speed, good connection)
Single bedroom means single bed (ca 90cm), besides that the room was equipped with a small desk, a chair, small tv and a wardrobe with a good amount of hangers.
Also there have been free power plugs directly next to the bed and on the desk so you could easily plug in your devices for charging.
Bathroom was clean and small. Showergel was in dispenser inside the shower and there was a bar of soap for usage. Also clean and fresh towels everyday.
There was also a small bottle of water and wine, where i wasn t sure if for free or not. There was no Minibar or other Snack-Automates.
In the breakfast room there was a coffee machine where you could get yourself a coffee or hot milk and tea for free at any time.
Selling point of this hotel is also the good location, its close (one S Bahn station) to Munich main station and also very close to Theresienwiese (where the munich oktoberfest would be, but i was there for a conference)
Would come back anytime for a business trip or any other trip where i just need a good Wifi connection and a bed to sleep.
when i read trought he other reviews it seems that there are hugh differences in what time of the year you stay there. if you stay during octoberfest you would probaply not have such a good time there as i had, but this is probaply more the fault of other guests than from the hotel itself.response / report this review -

Very bad hotel. Apart from the fact that the room was clean, nothing else was ok. The smell on the corridor resembled urine. Someone was very loud at night, we could hear everyone opening and closing the door, singing, screaming at the corridor. Because of that, we couldn't sleep at all. Despite the fact that nothing happened to us, the area arund the hotel does not seem safe as well.

Was incredible value for money. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Great location. Room was also a good size. We had a balcony off our room with patio chairs. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

Do not expect a big room and a luxury bath. But their rooms are clean enough. I stayed there at Oktoberfest time. It was a little overpriced, normally..

Good location - close to the train station and 15 mins walk to the centre. Cosy and clean room with a TV and plenty of space for luggage. Friendly staff.

Great hotel both close to the train station and the city center. Also a few great beer halls near by. Very friendly staff made us feel at home and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more to be honest. Would definitely come again!

Very good view from outside, but rooms are very small. No ventilation in the toilet. Nice breakfast though you have to pay

I was surprised by how comfortable the beds were considering the price, which I paid 30 euros for a night. The lighting in the rooms suck, well at least in mine, but this place is perfect if all you care about is saving money and having a bed to sleep on. Don't expect much from this place otherwise you will be severely dissappointed. I would recommend it if you're looking for a cheap place to stay.

One receptionist was friendlier than the other. Heat and water way too cold. Clean and cute. Breakfast buffet small but ok. Price good. Someone tried to come into our room at night.
