What a gem. We booked this place at the last minute and we are beyond happy. Check in was a breeze. They can book tickets for any tour you have in mind and have great recommendations that you would not know of.
The suite was spacious and clean. Good light blocking curtains. It was nice to have the toilet separated from the shower and tub.
Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. They were happy to quickly replenished. They also had afternoon snacks. We look forward to returning soon.response / report this review -

Great hotel with amazing views of Neuschwanstein Castle. Service as nice and friendly. The breakfast and afternoon tea was also good. Spring for the room with a view.

I did not purchase the stay at the hotel, but the staff was very accommodating and picked up our tickets for the nearby castles for a small fee (which saved us a long wait in line). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom with tub was great for a nice soak. Breakfast had a variety of cheeses and breads as well as fresh fruit.

Absolutely amazing place! Incredible views, Incredible breakfast, incredible wine and beer but above all it was incredible service. The people at this hotel are so friendly and so helpful. Valentina who works the front desk in the evenings is a wonderful person friendly and eager to help but respectful of personal desires and opinions.
The rooms are spacious, and clean. They have underground parking to keep vehicles in a protected environment. The views from the hotel are amazing as well.
They also have breakfast that is included on the stay and it is an amazing meal with lots of options from meets, cheeses, breads, eggs, oatmeal, granola and the list continues. There are options for everyone.

Room was spotless and had a spectacular view from the balcony. The included breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of choices (sausages were delicious!). The spa was a huge highlight as well after a long couple days of walking. The hot tub was out of order but the steam room and sauna were glorious. Finally I never saw a staff member that didn't have a smile on their face or asking us if we needed anything. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Castle view 👏 Ideally located right at the foot of 2 most famous Bavarian castles (Schloss Neuschwanstein & Schloss Hohenschwangau)

Beautiful location, splendid hotel and wonderful staff.
Ideally situated for people wishing to visit the nearby castles. There are also some nearby freshwater lakes that can be swam in.
