I was staying in this hotel for 2 nights on 13 & 14 Sep for business purpose.
Well, the room was great!

but I had unpleasant experience during my stay. I asked for hot water & spoon to front desk service, as I didn't find it in my room. The front desk person said I had to go to restaurant and ask for it because they don't have room service. How pity.
Then I go to the restaurant, the restaurant manager hold me and told me that they couldn't give me hot water and spoon! I've beg to give me just one glass of hot water or hot tea, and I tell them I can pay for it. Poor me, he insist that he couldn't give the hot water to me. As they will have a dinner reservation at that night.
Frankly speaking, the dinner reservation is booked for me & my colleague, and yet he didn't give me any chance for a glass of hot water.
After a long tiring day, I have to wait several hours for my dinner time just to get hot tea

This is my first time to experienced this kind of service. And I'm totally disappointed. Sorry, it could be better if you improve your room service.

The Therme was excellent and the hotel was pleasant and the staff all spoke english very well. It was a bit confusing that the same drinks were priced substantially different at the different food courts and the entrance to the hotel could have better signage from the bus drop off point.

The hotel is below expectations, there's no minibar in the rooms , constant cold air is blowing under the bed .. cant be stopped ! The room service doesn't know how to clean a room at all.. 5% of the crew speaks English . No valet parking! The gym doesn't have any water (as in the room) or towels .

Everything was amazing. Never had a better stay anywhere else. The restaurant is top of the class and out ranked any other place I have visited so far by a huge margin.
