Centre of Berlin, fantastic area, closeby to everything. Rooms were spacious, great service. Very good food for breakfast buffet. Stay was fantastic. Bathroom had an odd gap in the door and the shower was slightly difficult to control but overall bathroom was really nice. Overall was really great.

Every time I go to Berlin (2x/year) I'm staying in this hotel. They generally have great weekend rates, beautiful rooms, excellent pool + sauna area. Really a beautiful hotel, also next to the zoo and many shopping centers. I had one problem with the bed sheets throughout the many times staying here, and the problem was solved immediately by the staff. Excellent breakfast, alsonot the typical hotel breakfast, much better. Thanks!

Very solid 5* in Berlin. The rooms are well appointed. Some are comparatively quite large in comparison to other similar ranked hotels. The service is top notch and consistent. After staying several times here, there was never any major let down or problem The facilities like bar, restaurant, pool, spa are very good. The hotel is not small. Thus the bar and lobby area can be crowded and noisy. But the hotel rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

Stayed here on a trip from Holland with my wife, mother and sister and it was very nice.

Rooms are spacious and well kept. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were delicious and the hotel concierge was very polite. They were happy to accommodate tourists and spoke excellent English.

I highly recommend any of the Intercontinental hotels.
