This is my second stay at this hotel because I've been dreaming of the incredibly comfortable beds since I was here last. They are still just as perfectly soft with fluffy pillows and blankets as I remember. Staff here are also very nice and service is efficient. The bathtub is large and perfect for a hot bath. The location of this hotel next to Hauptbahnhof is excellent, as it's incredibly easy to get anywhere in or outside the city.

Clean and well maintained hotel in a very convenient location. There were some minor hiccups in the beginning when our room safe wasn't working and sink plunger was stuck however these were remedied swiftly.
Room is small but well configured and in great condition. Bed was very comfortable and really loved the spacious shower and hi-tech toilet!
Carpark was also spacious and automatic doors helpful for luggage.
Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
Highly recommended and would stay here again without hesitation!response / report this review -

The hotel is well located and very beautiful and comfortable, but some of staff were less than pleasant. The front desk agent when I checked-in was more interested in talking to her colleague than checking me in and the concierge was quite rude when I asked direction to the Lufthansa Airport bus. So was the room service lady to whom I spoke after I had to hung up because my through got so dry that I could not speak, once I was able to call back to order her answer was 'WHAT??'. But I have to admit that 1 gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful and I tried to upgrade my internet access and the breakfast staff were very friendly. For a 5 stars hotel, one would expect a 5 stars treatment from all their staff

I expected more from a 5 star hotel. Wouldn't have been bad if it was a 3 or 4 star hotel but I expected top notch service, rooms and amenities and it was simply not there. A server spilled an entire beer on my friend and they didn't even apologize or offer to comp our drinks She may have been in shock from creating such a mess but the bartender or someone could have stepped in to make things right. Like I said, these type of things shouldn't be happening with a hotel that claims to be 5 STARS. The location is convenient besides the central train station.

Loved it. This hotel is incredibly centrally located (right beside a huge transport station), gorgeous interior, has a spa (no hot tub though!), and lovely rooms. The staff are also AMAZING. The wonderful, friendly and super helpful lady at reception (Helen) went way above and beyond to help us out when we realized at check in my husband had left his passport in a hotel an hour South of Munich. She was amazing and figured everything out for us! Thank you for making our very last day in Germany so stress free (when it could have been a total nightmare). Would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay here again if we ever have the chance.

We felt that the room layout was a poor attempt at being modern in ways that jutted into the living space enough to be bothersome. Of the three rooms we had there were variations in the bathroom layout that almost guarantee your entire bathroom will be soaked after a shower. After you've paid prices for the rooms that are at a 'luxury' rate, you'll be asked to pay for wifi or be forced into their artificial bandwidth scarcity of maximum 500Kbs.

Beautiful hotel. Centrally located. Reasonable prices for the quality. Luxury room was nice, and comfortable. Friendly staff. Spa & pool are very enjoyable.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a while. Luxurious room. Very quiet. Excellent staff. Right next to Munich Main Train Station - Hauptbahnhof.

A wonderful, what it seems like business oriented hotel. Central location and absolutely great facilities!
A very lovely and rich spa area. Relaxing bat and a nice restaurant.
Rooms will designed and modern. Overall great pricing. I definitely recommend to get one of the top rooms with a view over the city.
