Shabby rooms which don't fulfil the promises from the website. Unfriendly personnal at the front desk.
Surrounding like a red light district.

if u looking for a welcoming service then u look for the wrong place
we booked for two nights with car park n already paid but the day we arrived I asked the receiption lady where's the car park, she was so unpatient n said did u book? when did u book? there r no car park availble today. what's ur name? what time did u book? i didn't get any money for car park.
I said we booked yesterday n already paid, then she asked with whom i booked with? n said the money we paid was just for the room
so at the end we park behind another careverytime we pass by; no smile, even we said hi, good morning n smile.really unhappy service even with the other ppl work there.
the night shift guy was nice n also the breakfast lady also friendlly with nice smile
but recommand u to look for other places

We had to request a room switch 2 times because each room we were given had dirty towels strewn all over, messy beds, and I won't even try to describe what was going on in the bathrooms. Our 3rd assigned room was just as filthy but the manager had the (rather irritated) cleaning crew give it a once-over and change the sheets and give us fresh towels. Everything had a layer of 40-year old cigarettes over it (supposed to be non-smoking) and the glasses at the mini bar looked like they were used and just flipped back over to look clean. Thankfully we only had to stay there one night. It was a restless night, this seems like a party hotel as it's right down the street from 2 strip clubs and sex shops etc so I wouldn't recommend anyone bringing children there. The walls are paper thin. Also the breakfast buffet was pretty skint but if you don't mind alot of breads you can fill up for the 8 €.
