It's a nice hotel with very good facilities.the room was spacious, clean and in good condition. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again in the future.

Good breakfast. Across the street from the train station. Good connections to local transit. Two tiered wifi with throttled free and unlimited high speed pay (€6 per day) options. Room was quite snug. Shower in the tub.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, most rooms are spacious, big windows with nice views right in center of Freiburg. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Improvements I suggest are increase lighting ( most girls lack in this area) especially in some of the rooms, put in more than 1-2 outlets and put at least one outlet by the bed. In the handicapped rooms the phone should be by the bed.

To call this hotel a 4 star hotel is just not right. I asked for a water boiler since it wasn’t in the room the said they don’t put one in the double rooms not to mention I stayed for a week and a half. The bar charges for the bag of tea saying that “ management will ask why he short on supplies”. It was absolutely not what I expected. A few things were nice are the staff at Front desk very welcoming checking in and out and the breakfast staff and lastly the rooms

Near Central and right next to the concert hall. Overrated due to location. Garage. International TV channels. At check-in guest names were confused. No room safe in my room. Pool is small, despite spacious spa area. Sauna is very large, it would be better to have several smaller ones. Towels and lockers you will find, but front desk won't even tell you about bathrobes available upon request. Wi-Fi not bad.

The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast has a wide selection. It's a great location near the train station, and everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with excellent service. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is OK but could be taken care of more often (there were no more towels late in the evening). Very good breakfast.
