My sister and I stayed there for one night before traveling on a Euro trip. Location to central station is great, room was nice and clean, as well as bathroom. Will stay there again once we finish our tour!
Extremely close to central train station. Large rooms. Great bed. Breakfast was very tasty.
Located close to Central Station with good public transport connections to almost everywhere. However the area is not the nicest and safest in Frankfurt, especially at night. Room was too small, bathroom needs some renovation. Breakfast ok, staff was nice. Not a bad hotel overall, but does not deserve the 4 stars
Room was really dirty and smelled. Mould in the bathroom and the furniture was really dusty. Had to give in the key for the car which we didn't like as the car park was tiny and way over priced for what it was. Highly surprised by the breakfast, was really good considering how terrible the room was. Located in a rough area also. Staff was friendly but definitely wouldn't go back again.
It is one of the worst hotel I have had experienced.
Nevertheless, to be fair I start with the the positive thing that is the location of the hotel. It is very near to the central station with 3 minutes walking distance.
However, (i) hotel's staff, especially the senior lady in the reception, are very rude, aggressive and impolite. When you regard her she didn't answer you at all. The night shift staffs which are younger in the reception are significantly better and helpful.
(ii) Both room they showed us was extremely dirty and even the bathroom drain didn't work properly.
(iii) The internet is too slow and unreliable. We are there for couple of days and I should work there, but can't manage it with their catastrophic network.
Definitely this hotel is not a 4 star hotel and I wonder how there is a lack of regulation to check the quality and stars of hotels in Frankfurt.
The room and the bathroom were very clean considering the price. The location is awesome and the breakfast was acceptable. The only downside is that they didn't have a slippers, shampoos, brushes etc. inside the room.
Its pretty much across the street from the centeral station, so really convenient to stay here. The room was a decent size, so was the washroom, and everything was clean. There is some street noise, but nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast is included. Its a decent walkable distance to things in the area. Would stay here again if I visited.
Decent location. Not going to lie my top priorities when it comes to hotels are a) how hot the showers are; b) how decent the showered heads are; and c) the Internet connection. And all three are 5/5. I'm giving it four because the safe doesn't work, parking is 15 euro a night (perhaps I shouldn't be driving), the room is tiny, the room is a bit cold, and there is a marked lack of pillows and blankets. But there is a a private bathroom and it is directly across from the train station. Not bad value.
It's partially under construction. I'm convinced the fourth floor corridor to the emergency exit is haunted. But there is really good Indian food literally next door. The beds were soft. The staff was very helpful.
Stayed here as a result of the Savoy hotel adding my reservation for the wrong night. Hotel staff were friendly and despite being a bit dated the hotel was pleasant enough. Bed, although a single was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was pretty feeble, probably more due to the condition of the head than anything. Breakfast was good. For the money overall I think it was reasonable. Frankfurt (certainly the areas around the train station) wouldn't be somewhere I'd rush back to!
