Hotel it self is not bad, but location is not the best one. It's situated in the industrial zone therefore there is lack of restaurants resp. places to visit. Staff is very willing. Room service is very poor. My room seemed not to be cleaned up for 2 days.
Cozy place but it would be great if they provide lunch and dinner also
When you get an older room (not your choice), you get a filthy and run down room. The worst part is the hotel management does not want to discuss problems they cause. Make sure to use a credit card, because the product you get is not the advertised product, giving you a way to dispute the horror you may get.
Was totally fine. Didn't expect anything and had no complaints. But they changed their name which made it hard to find
There are certain standards according to which a hotel is classified as a "4 star" hotel. Depending on the classification, visitors pay decent amounts of money for their stay. I am of the opinion that the Best Western in Rüsselsheim does not observe 4 star standards.
The hotel is located close to the highway which provides easy access. However, the hotel compound is in a poor condition. No attempts have been made to beautify the garden area around the hotel. Altogether, the entrance area rather looks like one of a youth hostel. Wooden pallets have been erected around a seating area which gives the area a rather impoverished look. During our stay, the backyard was packed with quite a lot of bulk rubbish furniture which looked ugly.
Service in the hotel was below average. The coffee machine was not working when guests arrived, staff failed to fill up milk, and the waitress did not know basic rules of serving food. Table legs are dirty, the soap dispenser in the bathroom lacked soap, and in one of the conference rooms a strange chlorine smell appeared during the session.
Personally, I am used to staying in inexpensive places. But if a hotel calls itself a 4 star hotel and calculates the rates according to that, the compound and interior should be better cared for than in this case, and staff should be trained better.
A good hotel, handy for both motorway and town centre. Close to Frankfurt airport and there is a discounted taxi transfer to/from there but you have to contact the hotel to organise this.
The hotel is clean in both rooms and public areas.
Rooms are well equipped and have everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Ok
Comfortable, very good breakfast, easy drive to the airport.
No lobby, just basic breakfast, receptionists below average, spot in the middle of nowhere.
From the outside it doesn't look like welcoming. But the most rooms are modernized, the prices are ok and the breakfast is also good.
