Found a cockroach in my room. Poor wifi reception, not recommended if you have work to do. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are small.

Stayed there on night due to cancelled flight. Room had an odd smell and everything seemed a bit old and worn out. We were three colleagues getting a room and even though the airline had booked and payed a room for each of us they tried to squeeze two of us into one room Not cool! Not going back there for sure

En general el hotel regular ya que le faltan algunos detalles importantes para hacer sentir más confortable al cliente. Para empezar, no todo el personal tiene idiomas y eso siempre complica la comunicación. La conexión WiFi que el hotel ofrece es de mala calidad no permitiendo, por ejemplo, realizar una video conferencia desde la habitación o el lobby del hotel. Además, me tocó una habitación con mal olor en el baño y tuve que mantener la puerta y la tapa del váter cerrada todo el tiempo.
El parking es bastante grande pero suele ser insuficiente. Si llegas después de las 18 muy posiblemente tengas que aparcar fuera y caminar hasta la entrada.
Al retirarnos se pudo observar claramente la falta de organización ya que nos cobraron 3 noches de más no teniendo claro ni la cantidad de días que habíamos estado. Finalmente, se diculparon y resolvimos que reembolsarían el cargo.
En la recepción del hotel siempre hay café fresco por las mañanas y eso se agradece.response / report this review -

Sauberkeit gut. Ausstattung sehr veraltet. Einzelzimmer sehr klein. Zu wenig Parkplätze für Gäste. Frühstück nicht frisch und lieblos.

I stayed 23 July ~ 9 September. Breakfast is sweet, and room is clean. all employee in hotel is very kind.
So, I stay again 13 Dec ~ 28 Dec. When my second business trip, I stay here again.
