  Stayed here during the Xmas period. Very good reachability but you have to drive into the underground entrances. The staff was great, very helpful, and the room was superb

  Stayed for 3 nights Dec 2017 for the Christmas markets. The hotel was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. The duvet and pillows were Devine. The staff were exceptionally helpful at all times and very friendly. The breakfast was also superb!! Real honey straight from the bee hive and an array of different teas and coffees. Free welcome drinks , fruit and snacks in reception throughout your stay. Free internet and was very fast throughout our stay. 5 stars without hesitation.

  Fantastic location, beautiful hotel. Room very contemporary but the bed did not feel as luxurious if I'm honest. comfortable and acceptable but the hotel is so nice I expected a real luxury bed. Bathroom was nice, nothing special. Nespresso and posh tea in the room was a nice touch, no biscuits though! The restaurant is lovely if a little pricey

  Not enough oxygen on rooms. Reception guy was pert. Keep telling habibi and was trying to speak Arabic even if we are from Turkey. Location was nice.

  Well located at 1.7km of the Dome very close to a cinema. Good rooms and breakfast. Restaurant service at night needs to be improved. Not an easy way to reach the parking. Go underground below Mediapark complex and follow the signs to Osman/NH

  Overpriced for the poor view you get because you didn't pay for it. Rooms are new and well equipped. Internet is free but it practically does not exist. The staff lacks proper English. Commute is a bit of a walk, but not that bad. In general, hotel is really nice except the things mentioned above.

  Very friendly people over there, warm welcome and everybody was helpful. Nice rooms, very clean. Breakfast was also very good. Room incl breakfast = 100€ booked through hot website. Would recommend and will definitely come again.

  I didn't stay overnight but I did visit some friends who were staying. We spent a bit if time in the bar downstairs, the whole lobby is very professional and nice looking. The bar itself had a decent selection but being such a fancy place everything is fairly pricey.
  
  Thankfully the bar has a special deal which changes weekly and we were able to get a drink much cheaper.
  
  Overall good drinks, very nice location/venue but pretty expensive with a weekly deal to try and redeem that. 8.5/10
