+ comfortable rooms and beds
+ near city centre
+ nice bar

- free Internet quite slow and premium Internet very expensive (10€/day!)
- car parking for residents = 17€/day
- only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast room in the morning - not good

Sizeable and comfy rooms. Also handled an unplanned fire alarm very professionally. A little farther away from the City centre than we had anticipated.

The room was nice and will be cleaned every day if you like. People attending the front desk are friendly and very helpful.

The room was decent except for a strong smell of smoke. Staff only offered us another room for £20 more. We ended up leaving for the hotel across the street.

Fitness and sauna are open only in evening hours. That was a bit surprising. So if you plan to visit Jim in the morning - forget about it.

The breakfast is really good, rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Convenient location next to the river. The breakfast is really good, rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Convenient location next to the river. Everything inside rooms and shower was new and well maintained.

Enjoyable stay! There was an issue with getting breakfast in the morning, but the issue was resolved and breakfast was provided free of charge. No issues beyond that.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a noisy neighbourhood but this was not disturbing in the room. We slept on the fifth floor.

Met work colleagues of mine in the bar, only stayed a couple of minutes. Main hall was clean but somewhat hospital like. Bar looked nice.

The room I stayed in was lovely, very clean and modern. Overall, very comfortable. The only this is that I didn't find the staff to be particularly welcoming, they had the most bare politeness. I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Still mid stay but so far, so good. Starting in a superior room with a view of the internal courtyard. This means no traffic noise! The hotel is located perfectly out of the way of the hustle and bustle but still close enough for a short walk in to the heart of town.

I'm here for the Christmas markets and there a small market just over the road by the chocolate museum.

Hotel staff were great on check in. The room is spacious and it's always good to have a deep bath when your away. Nespresso machine and tea is a great bonus and the samples of Hugo boss was a lovely touch. I'm enjoying the start and would so far recommend it.
