  this is not a bad hotel but the 400 euros you charged us for each person was really not that worth it. also we almost paid 100 more euros for a breakfast we didnt eat. the breakfast wasnt free btw.

  We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great room that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Even though the train is nearby you can barely hear it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

  great, clean and quite room. One bottle of water for free. Parking space was free in front of the hotel overnight

  After 10 minutes in the Hotel We decided to leave the buildings and travel to another better Hotel.
  The rooms are ok but the bed is ways to small. After We asked for another bed the reception told us that we have to pay more about 80€ a day for another room with a larger bed.
  This was the reason for us to leave the Hotel and to go to Hilton Hotel in Cologne.
  Best Western is an absolutely nice Hotel but you can't admit any further wishes.
