Smart well presented hotel and bar. I had a tower room which had excellent views over Munich, but was on the small side.

The personal is always friendly and the new rooms have a bigger TV. But the size of the rooms I still found them small an the breakfast it's ok but when the hotel totally booked

I like everything about this hotel. Check in is simple and fast, the breakfast is good, the rooms are good and it is somewhat close to public transportation. The down side is that it is too popular and it can be hard to book a week here even if you try to do it in advance.

Nice design, nice breakfast but rooms are small and way too warm and the beds are not comfortable at all.

The room was small but very cosy, with an amazingly comfortable bed. It is on a very busy street but the room was soundproofed so we didn't hear a single noise. The lounge and the internal garden are very pretty. Breakfast is a bit overpriced but good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

München-City Süd Tower Kingsize Bett 84€ für 2 Personen pro Nacht und das in den Osterferien TOP Zu Service - Zimmer ordentlich und Sauber. - Am Empfang gleich Infos über München und Verkehrsittel Erhalten sowie Stadtführer und Busfahplan - Ebenfalls erhalten eine kleine Übersicht über Restaurants im der Umgebung Die Bar ebenfalls Ausprobiert - 24h Service - Leckere Cocktails für einne soliden Preis Frühstück gute Auswahl am Buffet. Joghurt, Müsli, Körnerbrötchen, Weißbrötchen, verschiedene Wurstsorten, Frischkäse, Käse und verschiedene Sorten Kaffee sowie auch Fruchtsäfte. Für mich eine Besonderheit Bioeier und Biojurgurt. Zur Lage - Direkt neben an Sixt Autovermietung. - 7min. Zum Wettersteinplatz zu Fuß wo es Apotheke Rewe, Tram und U-Bahn gipt mit guter Anbindung in die Stadt. Hinterm Hotel ist ein schöner Garten angelegt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es eine weiteren Rewe, sowie die Bushaltestelle Spixstraße mit der Linie 53 und N44. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

I was there only for one night, but since they open the new building, the breakfast is better an the rooms in the new building are bigger and with a bigger TV, but more expensive. I will definitely use it also for my private visit to Munich.

Very nice hotel. Bar has a large Gin selection. Continental breakfast is varied and plentiful. Staff are very friendly.

Location/ Accessibility:
This is far from the main attractions. But the hotel is very close to U-Bahn (underground metro).
Staff:
They spoke in English and they were friendly.
Room:
Room was not very big, but it was very clean. Bathroom was good.
Restaurant:
Motel one in-house Italian restaurant was too good. I would recommend the restaurant. Do not miss to grab a meal at this place. Fell in love with the pizza and pasta. I would suggest to take up the breakfast at this place.
