Wir hatten ein nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und bekamen stattdessen ein Raucherzimmer, obwohl wir dies direkt anmerkten bekamen wir nur die antwort, dass es ihnen leid tut aber sie nichts ändern können. Später am abend entschieden wir uns dann auf Grund des Geruchs das Hotel zu verlassen und wollten mit der Rezeption eine Lösung finden die alle zufrieden stellt, jedoch wurde uns eine Rückerstattung für die restlichen Nächte verwehrt mit der Aussage, dass dieses Recht mit der Anreise abgelaufen sei. Egal eie billig das Ganze online angeboten wird bloß nicht dort hin gehen !!

A friendly and affordable hotel close to the center of Bergedorf.
Beds are not up to standards, though, and I suffered noise and lights from the street below throughout the night.
