Amazing historical hotel, wonderful rooms and a gourmet resturant with 2 Michelin star quality. Highly recommend 😊
Soooo anthiquecan feel the ambience of Germany ancestor
Cute, quaint, picturesque. The staff are friendly and the rooms are huge. The only negative is the Wi-Fi is really spottywhich I don't think is the hotels fault.
Fantastic meal. Great town full of history.
This hotel is superb! Nice street view from the room
No vegetarian options on menu
For the ambiance alone, the Deutsches Haus is well worth the visit. The walls and ceilings are adorned with old world frescoes that really make the place feel like something out of history. Carp is a specialty of the area, and while none of us is a big fan, the waiter-recommended carp in beer dough was delicious, easily outshining the more highly anticipated sour marinated beef, which was also good although more plain. The only strike against the restaurant was the wait. We were promptly seated, food ordered, and drinks delivered. However the food took more than an hour to arrive. Had we known there would be such a delay we would have happily enjoyed an appetizer while enjoying the restaurant, but by the time the food arrived we were ravenous.
Stay for 2 nights during bussiness trip. Nice "origin" style hotels (as rest of city center) overall good rating but the wooden floors were a bit noisy when somebody walk around.
But I dont sleep well in any hotel so :-)
Decided to have lunch here and the food here is superb. I ordered the farmers roast and it was extremely flavourful with nice touches of sweetness to it as well.
The ambience was fantastic too as well
