First off the rooms are fantastic. I loved how they were decorated and the espresso machine was just an added bonus. The location is alright, it's a short bus ride to all the main tourist attractions but the direct area around the hotel leaves a bit to be desired. Granted there's not much they can do about that, overall quite pleased with my stay.

Great location, friendly staff, easy transport links and supermarket near-by, nice room (and got a free upgrade!) Went to Berlin in December for Christmas markets and was very close to Weihnachtsmarkt. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Berlin.

The place is clean, has a parking lot and an amazing breakfast. Good value for its price. It is a bit far from everything and the guys at the reception weren’t the kindest

I cannot say I was really satisfied. Organized a series of meetings in the Hotel. Uts events staff were really friendly and accommodating. Hotel has issues with updating its daily rooming list. Had a hard time dealing with its front desk. Rooms are well-kept.

The hotel is quite nice and it can be seen it was refurbished. The room is quite good with everything you need. The breakfast is really good, the variety of food is great. What I didn't like: no amenities in the bathroom apart from soap (body lotion is important to me), only shower and also that they closed the breakfast a bit before its end. One day I wanted to go as late as I could and arrived 15min before the breakfast closes. There was enough time to take the food I wanted. But when I was serving myself they were already removing things and kicking me out of the serving area.

Great place to stay at! Rooms are comfortable, the service is impecable, and it is close by to most of Berlin's sightseeings. Would recommend it to everyone

Sadly the room wasn't quite as atvertised. Pictures on the booking side showed a much better interior than what we got and some parts of the room were a little dusty. Other than that it was enjoyable to stay at, friendly stuff and good breakfast.

Nice price for an executive room suite. Bed was clean great service, staff very nice. Breakfast is great and so is the wait staff. I have found that over here several of the hotels do not supply a wash cloth. In fact they don't seem to know what one is. I asked for one and they said use the hand towel. Seems odd to wet a huge towel to wash ones face! Good thing I carry a baby wash cloth. Oh and no bar soap just soap in a bottle, to me that is strange too, I carry bar soap also.
