The staff is super rude and the one chinese associate who works there is so arrogant and is absolutely unprofessional. If you work for a high end luxury store you need to cater to your customers and not just work there for the prestige of it.
We tried to change our address in the system and she wrote it wrongly several times although I wrote it on a small piece of paper. I could see her typing it wrong into the PC so I told her how it is written correctly and she just says that all is good and she doesn't do any mistakes. Turns out it is completely wrong and the invoice address is all messed up. She then asks a colleague to show her how to correct it again and then just vanishes and leaves the rest up to her colleague.
In general chinese staff seems to think lowly of customers who are not showing their wealth openly and this directly influences their behaviour. I don't want to know if something is supposedly too expensive for me I just want to know the price and the availability.

Sehr schlechte Service - wir haben ziemlich lange gewartet, bis jemand zu uns kam, obwohl das kaum keine Kunden da waren. Die Verkäuferin könnte die Fragen ob eine bestimmte Tasche vorhanden ist oder nicht nicht beantworten. Es wurde nicht erklärt, wie man die Tasche Evelin bekommen kann.
Später wurde vereinbart, dass die Verkäuferin bei der Anlieferung anruft. Nach 3 Monaten - keinen Anruf.

Sehr unhöfliches Personal, nach 20 Minuten warten wurde ich angesprochen und die entsprechende Größe des Gürtels wollte eine Mitarbeitern nicht bringen. Daraufhin kümmerte Sie sich rücksichtslos um andere Kunden.

Toller Hermes mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Haben mir einen Armreifen für meine Frau der in Europa nur einmal in Prag verfügbar war - und haben es einen Monat für mich gelagert bis ich wieder in Düsseldorf war.

I've been to many Hermes boutiques around the world, this one was by far the worst one . Very very rude staff, one of the staff actually waved her hand at me as a sign that I should look for someone else, and the rest just passed by us and ignored us even when they were not busy.
