Wir sind von Berlin nach Bayern umgezogen und sind vollauf zufrieden. Sehr gute Beratung und tolle Kommunikation. Auch bei eigener Verzweiflung, ob alles in den LKW passe, wurde uns per WhatsApp nochmals geholfen und geprüft. Umzugshelfer waren freundlich und haben schnell alles foliert und eingepackt. In der neuen Wohnung wurde genau so schnell wieder ausgepackt. Wir hatten zwar zwei Möbel mit kleinen Schäden, aber auch das wurde schnell geklärt. Mit der Entschuldigung, wo gehobelt wird fallen auch Späne und einer Entschädigung sind wir zufrieden. Wenn wir nochmals umziehen, wissen wir mit welchem Unternehmen.

Moved with Heldintrans within Berlin and were totally satisfied. Fast and reliable, everything was well packed, we also disposed of bulky waste with them, transported heavy and fragile things and had the washing machine connected. Clear recommendation from me.

Ich bin gestern mit HeldinTrans umgezogen und es war einer der schnellsten und besten Umzüge die ich je erlebt habe und ich bin schon oft umgezogen. Ruck zuck wurde meine 2-Zimmerwohnung im 4. OG geleert und alles fix wieder in die neue Wohnung gestellt.
Auch der Kleiderschrank und das Bett wurden professionell ab- und wieder aufgebaut.
Es waren nette und gut gelaunte Leute. Alles in Allem eine 100% Weiterempfehlung!response / report this review -

We were very satisfied with the HeldinTrans moving team.
Punctually at the agreed time, 6 employees appeared in two moving trucks, who tirelessly carried our approx. 150 boxes out of the house, dismantled furniture, loaded it into the car and professionally reassembled it in the new apartment. The boxes were clearly placed in the agreed places.
Everything went smoothly and completely calmly. Nothing was damaged.
