  Ich bin extrem zufrieden mit dem Team von Tornado Umzüge Berlin. Der Telefonist ist stets freundlich, reagiert schnell und ruft sofort zurück. Mein Umzug war sehr dringlich und konnte innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen organisiert werden. Auch war das Team extrem vorsichtig mit meinen Möbeln, sodass ich ohne einen Verlust oder Beschädigung meiner Sachen den Umzug durchführen konnte. Danke hierfür! Ich kann dieses Unternehmen 100% weiterempfehlen.

  Everything went great. The moving team was very friendly and professional. The handling of furniture and boxes was very careful. We thank you for the great service and would always move with Tornado.

  We were very happy with the move. The specialists were there on time, super friendly and incredibly fast at work, so that we were able to move two trucks in one day despite difficult conditions (moving out of the 13th floor and only a small elevator available). The price turned out to be a fixed price at which no further costs were incurred. We can recommend with a clear conscience.

  Great service and fair value for money
  
  Tornado offered us a good service for our move within Germany. They are reliable, punctual and fast. And friendly too. We were very impressed and I can only recommend it.

  Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! After reading all the stellar reviews I was confident they would do a good job. Leading up to the move everyone was very friendly and professional Then came the move day. Once they packed up all of our stuff and moved to our new apartment, they said the elevator was too small and they needed to charge us an extra €250 because they would have to dismantle furniture to fit. They DID NOT dismantle one piece of furniture, just took our money because they had felt they could. We also paid to have lights and curtains installed in our new apartment and when it came time to do it the "team leader" said he didn't have a tall enough ladder. I said ok fine, then please come back when you have a taller ladder to finish the job (Monday at 4pm). They NEVER CAME BACK, they won't return our phone calls and now we are stuck with no lights, and no curtains and €1,000 euros later. NEVER book these guys, they won't finish the work they were hired to do. This is not how you do business, I don't care what kind of service you provide.
