Customer service 5 stars
I was upgraded to king room cause of diamond status.
Food - 1 star I was on a delayed flight and the food voucher only covered a small amount of food ( rice , bread , cucumber and apple sauce ).

Cleanliness - 5 stars
Overall not a bad place for a layover

Hotel seems to be overbooked frequently based on past reviews and my own experience. You stand a fantastic chance of not getting your room. Even if you get your room, you may not get the room you paid for and booked in advance and the hotel will downgrade your room and claim that it is an upgrade and that the new room costs more. A check on the Hilton App or Website will clearly show that you are getting a cheaper room while paying for something more.

I would stay away from this hotel if you are going to check in late because your room is NOT guaranteed.

No management available over the weekend to deal with any issues like these. The front desk associates are left to deal with it by themselves.

Room: Clean and meets the standards of Hilton hotels. The hotel appears to be pretty new and well maintained.

Location: Close to the airport, but no shuttle bus available. You'll need to arrange for your own transportation. Odd for an airport hotel but it is what it is.

Parking: Roadside parking seems to be available for free at night, guest parking may be chargeable.

Nice hotel that supports Munich airport.
Great to stay if you have an early morning flight. The only negative side is that it's not that close to the airport, but taxi will get you there in less than 10 minutes.
Nice, friendly and helpful staff.
Room was clean and bigger than you'd expect for this type of hotel.
They operate a bar and restaurant that works relatively late.
There is a big Netto supermarket nearby where you can buy almost anything.
I needed a t shirt and toothpaste because all my stuff was left at the airport.

Breakfast was super nice.

Returned for a few nights before flying home. This is our second time staying here. The breakfast is good with lots of variety to choose from. Rooms are clean and everything is well kept. The front desk is staffed with people who can speak several languages. I was impressed by how well they handle several people from different nationalities.

Beautiful modern hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. The U shaped layout was different and it felt like a long walk to our room when we were tired, but it made for a quiet room which we appreciated. No international outlets for charging electronics, glad I brought my own. I appreciated the walk-in shower instead of a tub shower combo.
There is no refrigerator in the room, but it does have a water heater for coffee and tea.
There is a restaurant, which was great for snacks and drinks in the evening.
There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the hotel that goes to a train station to go into Munich. Get off the train at Marion Platz for a WOW factor.
