Clean and maintained. In walking distance to a lovely shopping area. Had a pool. Parking garage very tight. There was a charge for the parking garage.

Excellent location as it is close to the central station and the town centre but not noisy. The hotel is quite dated, but the rooms are spatious and clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is fine. WiFi had good connection in my room. Plug sockets available next to bed.

BEST location. Great big bath room. Cozy room facing a garden. Nice breakfast.

Although it is a 4 star hotel, it seems outdated. It needs a complete refurbishment of their interior. The location is great

Room is clean and fine. Not really new or modern interior. But I can recommend the hotel to stay here for a couple of days.

Very central location, close to the main train station as well as the city center. Hotel is clean, delicious breakfast! However not too modern.

A good hotel, at a very good location in Bonn.
Close to everything.
Rooms are ok, nothing for a longer stay, since they tend to be on the small side, but the comfort and quality of the rooms are as to be expected for the level of the hotel.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is really good.

Unbelievable lousy hotel.
Air-conditional was not working during checked in, alerted the hotel staff who still unable to resolve the problem after 2 days. There is no resolution provided by the hotel. Got to open the windows to sleep with the loud train noise throughout late nights.

Stay at your own risk.

I enjoyed my short stay. Everything was quite in line with the hotels 4 star rating. The lifts could use a touch up and 1 morning the shower was merely lukewarm. This due to the fact, that half of all guests went to the same meeting at the same time, but nevertheless
On the plus side I especially enjoyed the lavish breakfast buffet.
