Stayed at a Business Meeting, got great snacks and lunch. The Dragon bar was dissapointing. 30min for a mojito

The rooms are ok but they need a New painting because you can see marks People left but in other aspects really clean rooms

Nice restaurant, beautiful decoration, but the people could be a bit more welcoming and friendly regarding strangers. Furthermore, there are almost no sin in the hotel, kind of difficult to find our way in. Also: the WIFI is not working, even after noticing the staff

Room was clean. Pool was lovely! Service was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was formidable. I would stay at that hotel any time again.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Best hotel for the theme park. Bar is relatively cheap compared to most. Would stay over and over again.

It's a very nice looking facility. Service is so-so, as in you have some very nice people and some very poor ones. It's a busy place and at times you feel like you are on an assembly line (breakfast). Other times it's very relaxing (Koi pond or the little lobby bar at night). I like the direct access to the park. We had some issues getting the correct number of pool towels. The pool area is tight during busy season and lacks sufficient seating to accommodate ask the parents hanging around the pool while the kids swim.
If you don't like smokers, this place might not be fun, but it's typical of Europe. While people have to smoke outside, they are frequently right by the door and it wafts in. It you are from Europe, this place will feel like a typical family resort.
I'm not sure I would do this again, but I'm glad I went at least once.response / report this review
