Eine Kasse für den gesamten Erdgeschossbereich und der Kassierer sucht seit 10 min. Abholscheine um 19.40. So oft hat man bei Kustermann das Gefühl, dass die Angestellt nicht interessiert sind am Kunden. Gläser polieren ist wichtiger. Das Gespräch mit den zwei Kollegen interessanter.

Bought an item when visiting Munich, unfortunately a defective one. The team there is really friendly and customer-oriented and I had a solution for my problem by sending only one email :-)

Kustermann is a true paradise for everybody who value comfort and coziness of their own homes above all. My favorite products here include cookware and decoration (especially seasonal offers for Christmas). The store is set out in such a way that every product is very easy to find. Pro tip: order your Kustermann M//Card online, get coupons and earn/collect your loyalty points.
