i was a few hours late to turning the car in, I didn't realize we had to return it in at 1000 I thought 4 days meant 4 day so when I picked it up at 1700 on Friday I thought I would need to turn it back in at 1700 Monday. That was my plan, however we had some trouble on the road and we ended up returning the car at 1830. The manager of this place charged me over $300 extra for turning this car late, I am currently disputing the charges, will never rent here again.

I would give 0 Stars if I could. I rented a car with them 2 months ago and they were supposed to charge me 180€, my bill came out to 260€! They charged me for fuel even though i returned the vehicle topped off. When I call their store to ask why they are Charing me for fuel they got very upset and yelled at me telling me I was in the wrong. By far the worst service ever. And the guy on the phone started swearing in german thinking I didn't understand him. Save yourself the time and spend some extra money at a different rental shop because God knows how many people this store has ripped off.

Originally charged me $462 dollars when I made a reservation for $166. After asking about it, the price was reduced to the correct amount.
