Wifi is embarassing. There is a mess in the hotel not allowing you to sleepand nobody says nothing.
Staff is not friendly at all.
2stars are a god gift for this hotel

Taken the price into my review, the facilities and rooms are very good, the food though, bad enough that all of my friend and I had to find somewhere else to eat dinner. Overall a good experience, '' hyggelig'' atmosphere. Would definitely come again a third time

Really nice prices for travelers. Serves breakfast as complimentary and had good rooms. Really near the city centre and has good staff.

Took the share dorm room for 4 sharing.. good reception. Breakfast was included. Rooms were comfy. Bit far off from the central bus station but close to other tourist attraction spots.

Anders als viele andere Bewertungen, habe ich in dieser Jugendherberge zwei gute Nächte verbracht. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon sichtlich alt und mit Betten, Tisch, Schränken und Waschbecken recht spartanisch ausgestattet, aber insgesamt gut zu benutzen, um ein paar Nächte zu verbringen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind alle sehr modern und neu gemacht und waren stets sehr sauber. Die Küche war auch sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich und das warme Abendessen mit Vor- und Nachspeise auch gut. Die Organisation der Herberge funktioniert, bei Problemen und Fragen stehen die Mitarbeiter meistens sehr freundlich und schnell zur Verfügung. Der Standort der Herberge ist gut, wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Reichstagsgebäude, Brandenburger Tor oder Potsdamer Platz sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Eine Bus-Haltestelle für weiter entfernte Ziele liegt direkt vor dem Haus, eine U-Bahn-Station ist mit etwas Laufweg zu erreichen.

Rating it low because I had some of my stuff missing onceStuff like toothbrush, toothpaste etc.! It was absolutely annoying Apart from that the hostel is ok The reception staff is friendly. Clean and tidy interiors. Decent dormitory beds including breakfast for a cheap price If you're looking for a place just to sleep while travelling, this is a good option But please lock everything inside the lockers!

Not the cheapest and not the more well located depending on your needs but the building is nice and there's plenty of space to just chill and relax. 4 people dorm rooms are fine, you have Wi-Fi everywhere and the bandwidth is pretty decent.
