Total scam! We walked in, everyone was waiting in line to print out their documents so we did the same, we arrive to the desk and the employee working there (bald man working on the left desk) told us to use the computer to print our document (while we waited in line so that he could do it, to avoid the extra fee), then we come back to pay and it's 1.09€ (at least we got a student discount, so that should make us feel a little better, right?) for the ONE paper we printed BECAUSE we used the computer!!! The guy totally misled us! And when asked why he made us use the computer while we waited in line to avoid doing so, he kept repeating "1.09€, 1.09€, 1.09€" SO RUDE!!! It is not about the 1.09€, but about the poor service and lack of manners. We were really disappointed to be treated that way!

Not only he saved my life by printing my thesis at 7PM on a Saturday, but he was also really friendly and fun. Great quality thesis with lots of color options etc. Would definitely go to print my next thesis if I had one more :D

I wanted to print 4 pages black and white and to scan two pages black and white. This is the receipt that I got. When I asked why was I charged a page in color (costing almost three euros) although I scanned everything in black and white, he said It does not matter. He charged me for using the computer to print the documents. And for saving the document on the stick. And he was the most unfriendly person I have every met I my life. I ended up paying more than 6 euros for 4 printed papers and twp scanned ones.His receipts should all be carefully investigated because he clearly cheats on people. Never again.

SO EXPENSIVE!!!!
Printing only 4pages(black and white) costs 2.56euro.
0.19euro for 1page, and 1.80euro for using computer.(minimum 15min.)
To print, you must use the computer to open the file!
And I couldn't even found any notice about it.
If I saw that there was a price, I would not used it!
And the staff was not friendly either.
I was trying to ask about the price, but he only said no pointing the receipt.
And he even knocked on the table to hurry the payment.
Other print shops have also great quality and much better price and service.
They don´t get a price for using computer.
It was too bad that I had to go there only because it opens until late on Saturday.

Unfriendly, high prices and a rip off There are far better copyshops, especially around the Universities. Unfortunately I had to go there because on a Saturday no other place was open, but I am going to organize myself better in the future, so that I am not depending on the Stadtkopierer anymore.

Wanted to get my Master's Thesis printed and bound. Got a price quote in a minute. The next day I brought in the document and it was printed flawlessly in a couple of hours. Quick and reliable.
