Do not reserve anything through this tourist office. They increased our airline tickets price by 110%. We did not agree and they gave us back less money then we paid. Be careful!!!

The finca, "sa bassa plana" Mallorca, where we went is a wonderful quiet place to relax, staff is nice, rooms are clean, food is tasty. It could be perfect, untill you discover how they keep the dogs, always chained. Here I found another review from a guest who made the same experience. I will never forget how sad it was and I couldn't change it, even I spoke to the finca owner.
After reporting this to FTI, how they can cooperate with such a place, I haven't heard about them anymore, since weeks.

Very satisfited with TFI Touristik. Was looking for hotel in Agadir for a good price. Foud TFI Touristik offered lowest price. Boked, paid, got conformation. Everythyng was smoth. Contacted them via phone with some questions and got help. Thanks FTI Touristik, our trip was so lovely.

On Nov 24th FTI took 240 euros from my account for a car booked through Happycar.fr and sent me the reservation voucher (#862658). A month later when I arrived at Luton airport on time to collect the car Enterprise had no record of a reservation and I had to pay again to continue my journey. I have been fighting for three months to get my money back, I do not even get replies to my messages. Appalling service. Do not have anything to do with this company or Happycar.

Katastrophe !! Von Kundenservice kann hier keine Rede sein, nachdem man mindestens 45min in der Hotline wartet und man selbst auf Email Anfragen nicht mal eine Antwort bekommt selbst nach einem Monat nicht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. So macht es keinen Spaß seinen Urlaub zu buchen.

This company makes no sense! They provide results and availability online, but then if you book it - they still need to confirm with the provider and it can take 3-4 working days!! Which means you need to wait and cannot reserve it on another site, because if it's confirmed, then you need to book it. And if you wait and it comes as rejected, then you lost 4 days and the prices on the other websites already raised - that's what happened to us!!
So, the information online is NOT REAL DATA!! Which makes no sense for an online Booking service!!!!
Also very unprofessional on the telephone - simply unfriendly to their users.
Never again!!!

One of the Best Tour operators I have ever dealt with. Great customer service and great experience with one of the best prices in the market. The hotel we stayed din in Italy was out of the ordinary and it looked better in person than in pictures. Thank you FTI for making our vacation unforgettable.
