  This is the best cafe in Freiburg. It has the best coffee, cakes and most importantly, wonderful staff. My husband and go there regularly.

  Nice cakes. Coffee was also fine. But I was there a Saturday at around 15.00 and had to wait more than 30 minutes for to someone to take our order. Other tables were also waiting, and she didn't even ask who came first. As a result she took orders from people who have been there after we came. The whole staff was very stressed and bad mooded.

  Even if the cake's were lovely, the attitude of the staff to my family was unnessesary. They messed our order up and blamed my mother for the mistake, staff don't co-ordinate to make the place run smoothly. In all not worth the money we payed for the service we recieved.
