Incredibly great support. I was really stressed out about a book fair that I didn't have enough beanbags for 4 days before. I called and the order went out the same day, many thanks again for the support!

Bought a Bubibag a month ago. In that month I didn't receive any confirmation or order details or shipment details. After a month I contacted the company with my paypal receipt. I told the compagny about my findings and about a dispute which I whould start when I wouldn't receive anything.

Within 30 minutes I received a email that due to Corona my order has been delayedunderstandable. Also they told me that they will send my order the next day.

Soon after this note I received a message by paypal that my order has been refunded due to living in The Netherlands and not shipping there.

If they wouldn't gave me the option to ship to Holland, I wouldn't have ordered!! I have to say2 star recommended for the quick refund but nothing more.

The beanbag received is considerably smaller than the stated volume.
the advertised 300L bean bag has in fact a maximal volume of 160L.

I bought a one bag (spring 2018). Nothing was happening at the beginning. More then a month later, after urging, the bag arrived. Nevertheless, it was about a one third smaller than declared.
