  Great service from the Black Label Properties team (Achim Amann and Nick Nordmeier) during the sale of my properties, they always had immediate feedback on any queries I had. I can definitely recommend them!

  I'm based in Scotland but was trying to sell my flat in Berlin which I have had for a good few years which would be hard enough even without trying to do it in the middle of a pandemic when it was impossible to travel to Germany. Black Label and Inga in particular were fantastic right through the valuation and marketing process, helping me through the sales process and even helping facilitate the moving out of the tenant who decided to move out midway through the sale.
  
  Having a property in Berlin has been a bit of a roller coaster and hasn't run as smoothly as it should of with one property company (which fortunately doesn't exist anymore) in particular causing me an enormous and very expensive problem. Black Label in contrast have however been an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough. I wish I had found them years ago and if I had I may not have just sold my flat. They really were that good!!!!

  My experience with them has been beyond my expectation, I can totally rely on their professionalism, Nancy has been so helpful trying to find us the best flat in Berlin based on our criteria, she understands very well what we need and save us a lot of time before viewing. I am looking forward to future purchase with them, they have very good selection in Berlin.

  Our realtor Nancy Yuan is a very sincere, friendly and helpful person. She considers things from customer’s point of view, answers questions patiently and gives us useful advices. I recommend her to everyone, especially to Chinese speakers who are looking for a competent and reliable realtor who can help them in their own language!
