Order should have been delivered within a week. After two weeks, the information was given on request that the goods must arrive within the next two days. After three weeks and after a call, the information was given - the circus wagon is already on the way. After the fourth week and another phone call from me, I was informed that the circus wagon was not available at all. The order was then canceled.
Very, very unprofessional and unreliable!

I bought a circus wagon and can only give 5 stars for the entire process. The communication from my order to delivery was perfect. I am also satisfied with the quality of the product. An assembly instruction that was only in English was not a hurdle because everything is well illustrated. I wish the Gadero team continued success.

We have ordered gutters. After delivery in a broken box, it appears that the gutters must be connected to each other via a tube that must be visible in both gutters. With that you see a tube through the grid + remains between the gutters of sand and water, because the tube creates an upright edge. The description of the product was not clear. Have offered to buy more expensive grids that can be attached to each other from the outside, unfortunately the company did not want to bear the return costs.
